There’s something about life that fascinates me. I remember years ago as a freshman, I had my eyes on a girl who I felt was the most beautiful girl in school. The sweetest smile, outgoing personality and awesome figure; I doubt I was the only guy who had a crush on her! The only twist was she was a Senior so my admiration was from a distance; I watched with envy as older guys seemed to have her attention. Fast forward many years later, I run into her at a mall with her younger sister. We chat and exchange numbers. Weeks later, we start spending quality time together and it dawns on me how amazing and wide my emotions for her were. We shared a lot of pleasant experiences together and I believe we brought fresh air into each other’s lives at the time. We’re still in touch even though she’s now married and far away; I’m always happy to hear she’s doing well. I recounted this story to an old friend who knew us both; he laughed, saying life always goes full circle. I agree because it’s so random and unpredictable; situations always change, what once seemed impossible becomes possible and vice versa. I find this interesting.
